Pool Fun

The girls also loved hanging out at the pool.  I'm not sure what they loved more, the beach and waves or jumping into the pool.  Either way, it was a GREAT time.

On our last day (Christmas Day), Kendall just starting swimming on her own - it was so awesome!  We're not sure what made it "click", but all of a sudden she was swimming really well with no help.  Some stretches were almost 8ft!!

~Christmas at the BEACH~

For the second year in a row, we spent Christmas at the beach.  This is on its way to becoming a lifelong tradition ~ nothing beats spending Christmas laying out in the sun!

They were really good at the airport - even though there were REALLY long lines!! (in Rockford!)

They were really good on the plane ride!

The girls enjoyed the limo ride from the airport - Kendall couldn't believe how long it was inside!;)

We went to get a bite to eat...

Then straight to the beach, of course:

We stayed out until after dark.  Kendall and Talia enjoyed the wildlife~

 Eventually, Grampa had to rescue them from a tree, but it was going really well up until then!

 It's very tiring flying kites.
