Venice!
Natalie and I headed to Venice for a night. It sounds like a short trip, but we arrived at 930am on Friday, had the full day and didn't leave until 730pm Saturday. So, it was plenty of time.

Our first look at Venice;)
Words don't give justice to many of the pictures, so I'll just let you browse.
The buildings were a little close together!
Gondola parking only!
An Italian Weiner!
Traffic Jam!

It's a clock - 3:40...
The entire inside of the Basilica is tiny mosaic! Can you imagine the time that took??

The Square floods at nightly high tide!
Crazy night clouds
Limoncello!
Tour of Doge's Palace
Chomp!
All in all, Venice was AMAZING. The tips told us to get lost (wander around), which we did and LOVED it. Also to stay at least a week, which baffled us. We weren't sure what anyone would be doing there for more than 2-3 days... anyway, definitely go if you have a chance!
