Although it's not really "boating" weather, it's been really nice this week so Brett had the great idea to eat dinner outside last night. Kendall & I continued that idea and had lunch on the deck today too. There are a lot of fishermen out and also a lot of BEES! I should have known with football season approaching that the bees would be back too. They always seem to go hand-in-hand.
Today when Kendall & I went out to run a few errands, she really let her imagination fly. She told me that her uncle Mike was in the car next to us, and when I asked where he was going she said to the Chocolate Milk Store to get mac & cheese. That's probably not where I would go shopping for mac & cheese, but what do I know?? :) She also has a daily routine where she is "scared" of the alligators downstairs, and I have to carry her around in the morning. She'll say, "shhh, shhhh!!! Alligators will hear you Mommy." Too funny. When we leave the house we have to yell downstairs for the alligators to go away before we go. It's kind of fun to play pretend again!
This is Kendall's "mad face".
